Biography
Born on 13th June 1969 into the family of Bishop Tanimu Samari Aduda (the then Anglican Bishop of Gwagwalada), and Late Mrs. Jummai Tanimu Aduda, the then president and founder of Grassroot Associations of Nigeria.
He is married to Princess Hauwa, and they are blessed with 6 biological and over 30 adopted children.
A Christian by birth who was brought up under strict Christian principles, his background as a son of a devout Bishop spurred him to contribute immensely towards ensuring peaceful co-existence among Muslims, Christians, and other religions in the FCT.
Part of such Philanthropic prowess includes:
- Contribution towards the Building of Central Mosque and ECWA Church in Karu, Abuja.
- Contribution towards the Building of Central Mosque in Abaji, Abuja.
- Contribution towards the Building of Central Mosque in Bwari, Abuja.
- Building of Islamic School in Tungan Maje, Abuja.
- Provision of facilities for the graduation of Islamiyya students in Kubwa.
- Building of Islamiyya Institute in Kawu, Bwari Area Council.
- Contribution towards the Building of Solid Rock Fellowship Church in Kubwa, Abuja.
- Contribution towards the Building of Anglican Cathedral in Gwagwalada and Kubwa, Abuja.
- Member of the Steering Committee for the building of Anglican University.
Apart from the above, he often makes available and distributes food items such as grains, rice, goats, etc., during festive periods for both Christians and Muslims within his constituency.
